Commissioner Karachi Dr. Sohail Rajput has appealed to the citizens of Karachi not to leave their homes unnecessarily due to heavy rains.
In a statement, Commissioner Karachi Dr. Sohail Rajput said that due to heavy rains, citizens should not leave their homes unnecessarily.
He also said that the administration is working for drainage.

On the other hand, Electric of Karachi Electricity Supply Company said that due to accumulation of water in the city, it may be dangerous to maintain uninterrupted power supply in some places.
According to a spokesman for Electric, some places in Baldia Town, Bin Qasim, Korangi and Orangi Town have been temporarily cut off.
A spokesman for K Electric also said that many areas of the city, including electrical installations, were under water.
It should be noted that heavy rain has been continuing in Quaid-e-Azam city since this morning which has intensified.
Heavy rains have inundated most of the city's roads and made it difficult for vehicles, especially motorbikes, to pass.
Many citizens have been stranded on the roads due to the accumulation of rain water, which has blocked vehicles and motorbikes and made it difficult for them to return home.
