After giving poisonous medicine to the children, Karman committed suicide by jumping from the roof

 Hyderabad (Bureau Report): A 28-year-old woman along with her two children committed suicide within the limits of Fort police station. Police took the body into custody and shifted it to Civil Hospital. Police were later informed that Saima had committed suicide by jumping from the roof after giving poison to her two children, one-year-old son Abdullah and two-year-old daughter Rabia. According to SHO Fort, 3 days ago, Saima's husband Naveed, a resident of Korangi, Karachi, left his wife at his sister-in-law's house in Do Kabar area of ​​Hyderabad due to a domestic dispute. She has committed suicide by taking medicine. The deceased Saima has 9 siblings in which Saima is the youngest but no case has been registered by anyone in the police station.
